Try to conceive (TTC) (part 2)

Day 11 of period,  went to Sunway medical centre for a scan.
Dr. Kannappan is a friendly doctor.
He explain the result to us.
Result was fine except my Estradiol E2 is a bit lower than normal. But that is not a serious problem.

Then he scan my ovari.
My egg and linen is smaller and thinner as it should be. 20% of women has this problem but not to worry.

He give me a prescription where i should take clomid pills within the next period day 2-6, one tablet per day in the morning after /before breakfast.
Most common side effects
- increase incident of multiple birth
- thick,  dry cervical mucus
- occasional headache
- depression,  mood swing
- ovarian cyst,  pelvic discomfort

Day 11 or 12, scan again and see whether clomid works for me. If it is,  can continue to consume for 3 months. And chances to conceive is higher.

If it does not work,  he will then advice again to go for ovarian tube test.

After a year of miscarriage,  we decided to take a fertility screening for couple in Sunway Medical Centre. RM450 (usual RM800)
As per below test:
1 initial consultant
1 detailed semen analysis
1 female hormone profile
Pelvic scan
Result review

For male, no ejaculation 3 days before the test.
For female,  test need to do during day 2-4 of period. So, one fine morning,  on the day 4 of period,  we went together for the test.
We arrive at 8:15am and register at counter.  A container is pass to my hubby for collection of semen. A nurse came to take my blood.
We pay RM180.90 for female & RM105.90 for male.
(*registration fee need to charge GST.. sigh)
This whole process  took us about an hour.
I was told to come again on the day 11 or 12 of the period for a scan. Will be done by Dr. Kannappan- the specialist in fertility.

Have been 6 months...
Start trying to conceive...
Drink Chinese herbal, eat healthy, no alcohol, less coffee & tea
follow faith.. hopefully you can become my angel again~~

First breakfast of the year 2016

1st day in 2016, we went to Touche located at pj section 17..a cozy cafe with nice food and bakery..

Enjoying the cheese omlett with smoke salmon & chocolate almond danish with a cup of cappuccino..yummy..

8th year anniversary

1st Nov 2015
Both of us have been together for 8 years. Married for one and a half year...
Just went over a very sad moment..although only 9 weeks of you in my tummy.. but for sure will miss you forever...
Hopefully will get it back soon..Always believe in faith..
Went to pavilion Morganfield to have some great food to celebrate our "together" anniversary!!

Wanted to have a cup of drink after dinner during a Saturday night.
Has been long time we wanted to try out Doi Chang cafe at taipan usj.
A nice & cozy place. We love it.
Ordered a cup of iced doi chang coffee (sugar separated) & matcha latte.
We also ordered a piece of carrot cake 😀

Will definite return to this place to taste their food.

Fresh seafood of the day..Restaurant Kuan Hua Kuala Selangor.
RM65/kg for the crabby and RM30 for the plate of prawn.RM4.50/ coconut..

Have a great lunch at paradigm mall.

Soft fluffy bread dip with olive oil & drops of vinegar.
Ordered a Picollo size of cabonara and chicken in a pan..large potion
A cup of cappucino and caffe latte..👍👍

Phuket Day 2

Island hopping- phi phi island. 800bart per pax.
We took a cruise..but suggest to take a speed boat which is faster.
Went around island sight seeing, snorkeling, swimming, lunch, roaming around, taking photos!!
Photos say a thousand of words.

cruise guide is funny with his speak out.

2. after lunch, if u want to swim, go swim; if you dont want to swim, dont swim


Island hopping was not a very interesting one. But i did enjoy the scenery and clean clear water.

Phuket Day 1

6:55am depart from klia2 to phuket airport.
Was too tired and slept all the way till i reached phuket.

Huala..reaching in 1 1/2 hour.

First thing to do after passing through custom..find traveller sim card for internet.

Rent a car and off we go. follow waze instruction to our next destiny..Chic Boutique Hotel where we will stay there for 2 nights.
Stop by over a petrol station to refill oil and found this little stall selling drinks..so cooling in a damn hot weather.

2nd cocoon- completed

Just booked a return ticket yesterday from Air Asia..KL -> Bangkok..
Yeah..going Bangkok in April next year..looking forward

7th year anniversary

Domestic trip during our anniversary..went to JB Legoland & JPO shopping.

The house plan completed by an arkitek in one week. We meet up the runner and sign off the plan.

Waiting for the 2nd step..get approval!! The other side neighbour is the problem. Went there few times and drop a letter, but no resond on the conscent letter. Will have to visit again latwst by tuesday, or else we will have to do a sumpah letter and send to them whether they agree or not
